You don't have to navigate anxiety, ADHD, or life's big transitions alone. I'm Michelle — a licensed therapist based in Los Angeles offering warm, practical support via telehealth across California.
If you've been feeling stuck, repeating patterns you can't seem to break, or just emotionally drained — you're in the right place. I've spent over a decade helping adults and older adults move through anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, and more.
My approach is grounded in psychodynamic and social learning theory, using evidence-based tools like ACT, CBT, and motivational interviewing to help you understand your values, your behavior patterns, and how to take action that actually aligns with who you want to be.
I believe therapy should feel real, not clinical. If you don't mind a bit of honesty and the occasional laugh, I'd love to connect for a free 15-minute consultation.
We'll explore how your thoughts and feelings shape your behavior, and work toward action that aligns with your deepest values.
Practical tools to recognize and reframe negative thought patterns into more productive, grounded perspectives.
A compassionate, collaborative space to explore the underlying patterns and experiences shaping your life today.
Helping you identify your own motivation and readiness for change — on your terms, at your pace.
Whether it's daily worry, social anxiety, or a persistent sense of dread — we'll work together to identify triggers, build coping strategies, and move toward calm.
For adults navigating ADHD in work and relationships — practical support to understand your patterns, harness your strengths, and build structure that works for you.
Career changes, relationship shifts, aging, loss — I help clients find footing and purpose during the moments that feel most uncertain.
Patterns in relationships — romantic, family, or professional — that feel stuck or painful. We'll explore what's underneath and how to move forward.
Low energy, hopelessness, emotional flatness — therapy can help you understand what's driving these feelings and reconnect with a sense of meaning.
Work stress, parenting pressure, caregiver burnout — building the tools and perspective to handle what life throws at you without running on empty.
All sessions are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant video or phone — so whether you're in Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, or anywhere else in California, we can work together.
Telehealth removes the commute, the waiting room, and the scheduling friction. Many clients find it easier to open up from the comfort of their own space.
Sessions are typically 53–60 minutes and scheduled weekly or bi-weekly depending on your needs and goals.
Secure, private, and easy to use — no software to download.
Licensed to practice throughout the state — not just LA.
Morning and afternoon slots available Monday through Friday.
Let's talk before you commit — no pressure, no obligation.
I believe cost shouldn't be the reason someone doesn't get support. I work with clients individually to find a rate that makes sense — reach out and we'll figure it out together.
I reserve spots for clients who need flexible pricing. Just ask — there's no awkwardness in the conversation.
I'm not currently paneled with insurance. If you have a PPO, I can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Let's talk before you commit. No pressure, no obligation — just a conversation to see if we're a good fit.
Simple, secure payment after each session.
